Refund policy

We hope you love your item as much as we did making it.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a pre-made clasped design, please email Sherri@PalominoJo.com. We will do our best to fix the situation via exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Return items must be unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be processed after we receive and inspect items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that because welded jewelry requires sizing and cutting the chain, these pieces and any chains/connectors are non-refundable.
